It has been said that Guadalupe, California has always had culture, but now it has the Guadalupe Cultural Arts & Education Center to heighten cultural awareness and celebrate diversity. Allowing the founders of this center to give back to this community they call home.
Organized under the non-profit Public Benefit Law for "Charitable and Public purposes".
